How do I determine my correct size?

We recommend checking our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. Our boots generally run true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the best fit with winter socks.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please visit our Returns Portal to start your request.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

Are BootBuddy® products waterproof?

Most of our leather and suede styles are pre-treated for water resistance. However, for maximum protection in heavy rain or snow, we recommend applying a specialized weather-proofing spray every few months.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.

How can I track my shipment?
